Our semi tipper kit is one of our most popular configurations. This hydraulic kit includes a standard PTO, gear pump, and control valve. We install a wide range of PTO’s that are specifically selected to ensure compatibility with all types of gearboxes for varying makes and models. Additionally, we offer varying pump sizes to guarantee the ideal flow and pressure for your specified hydraulic system.
In semi tippers, where large hoists are essential, we’ve optimised all hosing and valving for maximum flow. This is achieved using 1″ hose and fittings for pressure and 1 ½” for return and suction, allowing the hoist to operate at the fastest permissible speed. The standard optioned pump provides a displacement of approximately 85 litres per minute at 1000RPM, with a system pressure of 2500psi.
