Dual Pressure

Dual Pressure

Our dual pressure hydraulic system seamlessly merges the functionality of semi tipper and walking floor systems into a single, versatile solution. This integration is achieved through the use of a dual pressure control valve, allowing for two pressure settings.

In order to meet the elevated working pressure and flow requirements of the walking floor system, we employ high pressure gear pumps in our installations. These pumps are paired with high pressure hosing rated for 3500psi. Our comprehensive kit includes a standard PTO, gear pump, and dual pressure control valve.

For those seeking even higher pressure capabilities, for applications such as Crane, we offer dual pressure systems that can be designed to handle 5000psi. This arrangement requires a piston pump as a piston pump is able to handle greater system pressure while provide consistent, guaranteed flow due to its high tolerance. Hosing rated for 5000psi is also utilised in these configurations.

As semi tippers require a minimum of 200 litres of hydraulic oil, an oil cooler is not applicable for this arrangement. That’s why we offer a diverse range of tank options including a fuel tank split, complete diesel-to-hydraulic conversion or rear cabin mounting. Please enquire within for all hydraulic tank options.

Similarly to our semi tipper kits, we offer a range of add-ons and accessories to enhance your hydraulic system. These options include a radio remote kit and controls to suit a stag trailer combination.
